VYPE: What are your goals for this season?
Gracey: My goal for this season is for my team to go to the state tournament.
VYPE: Who is your favorite athlete and why?
Gracey: Favorite player is Courtney Paris because I always liked how she was strong in the post.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Gracey: My favorite teacher is Mrs. Summers. She always talks to me even if she is busy.
VYPE: Who do you look up to and why?
Gracey: I look up to my mom because she always works hard even if things don’t go as planned.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Gracey: The teammate that has left the biggest impression is Maelea Givens because she stayed positive even if we were losing.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?
Gracey: My favorite thing about being on a team is the chemistry that is formed.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Gracey: For a summer vacation, I would go to Japan to see Mount. Fuji and I would take my mom and my sister.
VYPE: When and how did you first get into playing basketball?
Gracey: My 6th grade year I accidentally got into athletics class and ever since then I have played sports.
