VYPE: Chad, what have you enjoyed most about your teammates at Ada since transferring?
Chad Waller: I enjoy the team spirit at Ada everyone is involved, and I feel very welcomed.
VYPE: Who inspires you?
CW: My father is a big inspiration for my tennis through his coaching and his influence on hard work.
VYPE: What are you playing for Ada and what grade are you in?
CW: I play singles and I’m currently a sophomore.
VYPE: What’s the most difficult aspect of being a tennis player?
CW: Working through the ups and downs when you are out there all alone on the court.
VYPE: What do you like about representing AHS?
CW: I like being able to represent Ada through my work ethic and ability.
VYPE: What teammate has left an impression on you?
CW: Someone who influenced me was Dash and his strong Christian spirit.
VYPE: What would you like to do after you graduate high school?
CW: I would like to play college tennis and after that be a tennis director.
VYPE: Who do you want with you if you’re stranded on an island?
CW: My friend Kash, Dylan, and Andrew.
VYPE: What is the strength of your game and what are you looking to improve?
CW: My forehead is a big weapon. I’m working to improve my mental toughness in big points.
